1) Common Terms
By purchasing products from TMI Romeon Tekninentuki & Kotisivut, you will have to accept the terms of service & the privacy policy. You are responsible that your service applies by laws regarding your service. The service must abide by Finnish law, and if you do not accept our terms, you can not purchase from us.
2) Product Cancellation
If you cancel a product it will remain active for the time paid until the next billing date, if the cancellation request has been made within 7 days of subscription creation you hold the right to a refund unless you have a dedicated servers which we don't offer refunds on, Refundable products are Game-servers, Discord bot servers, and webhosting. . We hold rights to suspend service(s) if necessary.
3) Issues with the service(s)
If the product doesn’t perform like you expected you should contact our customer support. We are responsible for keeping your service online not the customers system operation.
4) Service backups
We do not backup your service unless you have a backup service from us. The backups are the responsibility of the customer
5) Technical issues
We are not responsible for issues that may have been caused by technical issues, like dataloss, suspension. We provide customer support and to our best ability will fix issues that are possible.
5) Changes to policies
We hold the right to change our terms and privacy policy at all times without prior notice(s)
6) Service Abuse
1. Abuse contact.
Abuse activities about TMI Romeon Tekninentuki & Kotisivut are to be reported to our abuse email: [email protected].
2. Response Time.
TMI Romeon Tekninentuki & Kotisivut is committed to investigating and responding to abuse complaints. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
3. Service Locking.
In the event of a substantiated abuse case, where a user fails to respond to remediation requests to take corrective actions within a reasonable timeframe, TMI Romeon Tekninentuki & Kotisivut Reserves the right to temporarily or permanently lock the affected service(s) to prevent further harm.
4. Notice to user.
Users will be notified via email associated with their account regarding the abuse case and the actions taken by TMI Romeon Tekninentuki & Kotisivut. It is the user’s responsibility to address and rectify the identified issues to restore service access.
5. Appeal Process
Users have the right to appeal service locking decisions by providing a detailed response to the abuse report. TMI Romeon Tekninentuki & Kotisivut will review appeals in a timely manner and, if deemed appropriate, may lift the service lock.
6. Repeat Offenses.
In cases of repeated abuse violations, TMI Romeon Tekninentuki & Kotisivut reserves the right to take further actions, including the suspension or termination of the user’s account without prior notice.
